Mrs. Doris Holt Johnson, a long time resident of Terrell, Texas entered into eternal rest Thursday afternoon, August 6, 2020. Dr. Johnson leaves to cherish her memories, sons, Dr. Gary Johnson (Angela) of Atlanta, Georgia and Ardwin Johnson of Terrell, Texas. She also leaves two grandsons and a host of other family and friends.
Services for Mrs Johnson will be: Public Viewing, Friday August 14 from 5 to 7 at the Bethlehem BC. and Homegoing Celebration will be Saturday, August 15 @ 11:00 AM, Bethlehem BC, 500 S. Frances St, Terrell, TX 75160.
My deepest and heartfelt condolences to the Johnson Family, I will forever love and cherish the friendship I had with Mr. and Mrs. Johnson. No one could make me laugh like the two of them. Mrs . Johnson a gem of a woman.

A true woman of God. Thanks for the years of service in music ministry at Bethlehem Church. We had some great times from childhood to adulthood in the choir that you led. I remember you, Bennie Ayers, Demetrius McClendon, Eric Bishop, Ricky Witherspoon, and Bro. L. Ray and more lifting the name of Jesus!

Great Woman of God! Sis. Doris was the epitome of a lady no matter where she was. Such a blessing and help to a young preachers wife. Rest well!

While a student at SwCC my work study job was in the library. Working with Ms. Johnson was a complete joy and she kept me sane. Her wise counsel was invaluable and her wisdom was treasured. She was so appreciated and dearly loved.
Mrs. Johnson leaves many wonderful memories to cherish forever. Her kind and gentle spirit and the lives that she touched while here on earth, I’m sure the Lord is saying well done my good and faithful servant.
